Abstract
Pubertal – Hoods is seen as a God gift which is priceless resources for any country & are the future citizens as well as thus, they need conducive climate for growth. Pubertal should be fostered with proper care & affection, within the whole family & humanity. The collision of any familiarity at pubertal-hood period stays life-long & also plays a crucial role at the personality development of that pubertal. A milieu of sympathetic, happiness & love is needed for entire & harmonious pubertal development. But every now as well as then, every pubertal do not gets that milieu, atmosphere & facilities which they deserve. Regrettably because of the socio-economic aspects, the occurrence of neglect, maltreatment & deprivation, predominantly at the paucity afflicted segment of the humanity have increasingly amplified. Separately from this, they also become the victims of injustice.
