Abstract

Education is the prime requirement of human beings. Education process is three dimensional; students, teacher and curriculum. In this study I focus on teacher and teachers education which is directly affect the education process. In these researches a view of teaching skills, pedagogical theory and professional skills of teacher are considered. There is also focus the nature, scope, and different techniques and vision for teacher’s education. Teacher is the key person or a bridge between educational curriculum and pupils. In one sense we can accept that we can’t make teachers they born. So the qualities of teacher are inherent and it can’t be taught to someone. But in this aspect, we will have great shortage of teachers to face the present situation. There are different educational institutes with different curriculum to prepare teachers. This process is very important and it must be focused on various soft skills like emotions, arts, psychology, understanding, values, ethics and many more humanistic approaches. In view of Mahatma Gandhi we should be more careful in the dealing with education and prepare our teacher to face the different requirement of the society in the field of education.
