Abstract
In the following, different leadership models are analysed and compared for their suitability in crisis situations. It analyzes how various leadership styles — including transformational, transactional, servant and situational leadership — influence an organization’s resilience, decision-making and employee morale when the pressure is on. The research demonstrates that leadership that is adaptive and empathetic fosters trust and collaboration, and is more effective in navigating uncertainty. The research utilizes comparative empirical analysis to identify characteristics and strategies for more effective crisis management and draw implications for leaders who wish to improve their situational responsivity and effectiveness in high stress contexts.
