Abstract
Introduction: A nutritious diet supports normal growth, development, and ageing, helps people maintain a healthy body weight, and lowers their chance of developing chronic diseases, all of which contribute to overall health and wellbeing. Objective/Methodology: The primary aim of this study is to discuss the effects of healthy diet on the human nutrition and mental health. The descriptive research design has been used in this study. The data have been collected through secondary source research papers, thesis, dissertations, reports etc. Result and Conclusion: The result found that there is association between healthy diet and mental health.
