Abstract

Education is necessary of today’s era. Education plays a vital role in our life. Students listen to such people for making themselves familiar with future challenges and the need of present hour. Person has good experiences in the particular field and he is capable of stating future challenges. Education shows proper direction to us. Higher education is correlated with the economic development. The content of the education is changed as per need of society and country. University has to provide leadership. University education’s motto should not be giving degrees to students but cultivation the mind of students. There is a need to improve the quality of degree education for getting excellences. In this paper finding results such as aim of education, Function of Education, Relevance of Courses, Growing Social Needs, Educational Process and Futuristic Perspective.
