Abstract

Gujarat Government has taken necessary steps under various educational planning and programs to make the primary education free and qualitative. Though these planning and program implication the Gujarat Government didn’t achieved the target success at the primary schools. Looking at the results of the primary education, it emerged that to provide an effective education is a challenge.

After the implication of the educational programs by the Gujarat Government many schools failed to achieve the aspect achievement ratio. So the Gujarat Government, with the help of G.C.E.R.T. and concerned
