Information has become a vital resource in the present time. Information technology is affecting almost every walk of human lives. It needs to device ways for better management of information. In present era information technology has made the world nearer or small and librarian can transfer the required information easily without any geographical barrier. The right information to the right person at the right time is the main object of the librarian.
