Abstract
In an era where digital platforms dominate consumer interactions, understanding how new entrepreneurs can leverage Instagram for growth is crucial for fostering entrepreneurship and economic development. This research paper explores the role of Instagram as a growth catalyst for new entrepreneurs, utilizing a case study approach to examine how they leverage the platform to drive business expansion. The study investigates the strategies employed by four businesses—The Minimal Co., Third Wave Coffee, TrendWear, and GlowNaturals—to enhance their Instagram presence, focusing on visual storytelling, community engagement, influencer collaborations, user-generated content (UGC), and seamless shopping experiences. The findings reveal that consistent use of Instagram’s visual and interactive features significantly boosts customer engagement, while Instagram Shopping and influencer collaborations drive higher sales growth.
