Abstract

Rape is a hatred crime; proportion of rape is gradually increasing in India. Among of rape on teenager girl is notable while we see figures of rape in India each year. Government has announced National Health scheme named ‘Aayushman Bharat’ with the aim of children may obtain sexual education and aware regarding health. In which suggestion is recommended in all such curriculam which can access sex education beside health. But due to oppose from some corner, it is not become possible, which should be happened. Some people believe that by giving sexual education it may versely affect to children of tender mind. But, such incidences can be avoided if sexual education may teach in profer and fair way. Minimum seven year prison was sentenced and maximum life time prison was sentenced to accused person who raped on women under posco (Protection of Children from sexual offence) Act till now, But there was no provision of ‘hang till death’ (strangulation) in it.
