Abstract
College students often face challenges related to sleep quality, anxiety, and aggression, which can adversely affect their academic performance and mental well-being. The present research intends to investigate the connection between college-going students’ sleep quality, anxiety, and aggression. The objectives were to study gender differences and the link between sleep quality, anxiety, and aggression among college students. A random sampling technique was used to collect a sample of 200 college-going students (males=100 and females =100) in the Delhi-NCR region within the age range of 18 to 24 years. Scientific tools were used to gather data for the study. The data was analyzed using quantitative methods with the help of SPSS. The study underscores the importance of addressing sleep disturbances among college students to mitigate anxiety and aggression.
