Abstract
Gujarat Government is in continues action to improve education level of primary education in the state. So as a part of the program the government is organising teacher’s training programs periodically. The aim of this training is to make aware the teachers about the route of the international educational flow and to guide them to meet those requirements created due to upgradition of the education system. Looking at the results of the primary students, it has emerged that training of primary school teachers can provide the positive effect at the primary education and should be accepted as a challenge.
After implication of the teacher’s educational training programs by Gujarat Government the Government body like D.I.E.T. and G.C.E.R.T. takes the teachers feedback of the teachers and study those feedbacks to analyze the impact factor of the training completed. An impact analysis of teacher’s feedback presents the positive and negative dynamics of the training programs.
