Abstract

In India, particularly in Government schools as well as the schools situated at remote & rural areas, the traditional teaching / learning processes’ usage added many folds problem. Learning process based on bustle is useful to uplift students outcome level, particularly in primary & secondary level, as it provides individuality & liberty space to the children. Though the Government is trying & implementing such programmes in entire country, but has still not gain enough outputs because of serious effort lacking. Apart to this many other problems like teachers’ appropriate training and implementation of advance level process logy or fund scarcity etc. are effecting to such programmes. Such process logy is also useful to general students and effective teaching mentally or even to students who are physically challenged. Teachers’ role is too important at process applying as the facilitator / guide is not the actual lecture or teacher. So the teachers have to take the outmost precaution to use such processology at classroom as if the bustle is not planned / implemented properly then it can misdirected the aim which will be a waste of both time & money.
